It’s common a common scenario for homeowners to have a home with a previously undisclosed or unknown tank, only to have evidence of a tank discovered during a routine home inspection when the house is put up for sale. If you aren’t sure if you have a tank on your property, we can perform a search and locate it for you. We will perform a thorough investigation and let you know if a tank is discovered and where it is on your property.
Do I have to be at home for you to complete the job?
Not always! In many instances, we can perform tank decommissions, soil decontamination and other projects without the homeowner present. If we do need access to your home, you or your real estate agent can be present to grant access—many people have us come out over a lunch break. We’re more than happy to work with your schedule.
